The conference served as a platform not only to share international experience in biodiversity conservation but also to showcase Armenia’s rich biodiversity, as well as its experience and priorities in biodiversity protection and ecosystem restoration.
The Road to COP17 International Conference is organized by the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia (RA), the American University of Armenia (AUA) Acopian Center for the Environment, and the CBD Secretariat with the financial support of the European Union and the German Government.
