My Interview on CBD COP17 and Armenia's Leadership

I recently had the opportunity to speak with the Swedish Environment Institute about Armenia's preparations for CBD COP17 and the country's emerging role in global biodiversity governance. During the interview, we discussed Armenia's journey toward hosting COP17, the opportunities and responsibilities associated with the CBD Presidency, the implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, and the importance of strengthening international cooperation to address biodiversity loss. Hosting COP17 represents a unique opportunity for Armenia to showcase its conservation efforts, facilitate global dialogue, and contribute to advancing biodiversity action at national, regional, and international levels.
